- Month-to-Month Rentals: All rentals are offered on a flexible month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required.
- No Deposits: We do not require security deposits for storage rentals.
- Payments: Rental fees must be paid on time according to the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in restricted access or additional fees as permitted by law.
- Access Hours: Customers have 24/7 gate access to their storage units unless otherwise restricted for maintenance or safety reasons.
- Unit Use: Units are to be used solely for lawful storage purposes.
- Insurance: Customers are responsible for insuring their stored property. Elk Country Storage Co. does not provide insurance coverage for stored items.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use your storage unit responsibly, maintain the unit in good condition, and comply with all facility rules. You are responsible for securing your unit with appropriate locks and ensuring your belongings are safely stored.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored:
